The photo below was obtained by combining five 8-sec exposures. Many +6th magnitude stars are visible. Cassiopeia, recognizable by its "W" shape, consists of many globular clusters but they are not visible here. The Greek "gamma" marks a binary star system, gamma 1 (dimmer star) and 2 (brighter variable star and below 1).
